When will you take the first payment?
On enrolment and then 1 month later. You then immediately access the back catalogue of content to increase your confidence as a manager.
What happens if I cancel?
You can email us at anytime you wish to cancel and we will edit the recurring paymnents to make sure no future payment is taken.
Are the livestreams recorded?
Yes we record the livestreams automatically in the closed Facebook Group. If you can't catch us live, you are welcome to watch on replay!
Can I share my access with a colleague?
Your access is just for you and you cannot share access with another person.
Is this a training course?
No. The GROW Programme doesn't aim to be a training course, but many managers use it for their personal and professional training & development. Like professional development we never stop learning and that's why the GROW Programme is endless. You don't need to keep up or consume GROW, the content is there to be useful to you developing in confidence as a manager and leader, and to be accessible for as long as you remain a member.
